Zonal Sales Manager

Location:
1. South
2. North

Purpose:
This is a key role responsible for devising sales strategies and activities to increase the market share of Advy’s Women health and fertility portfolio. The person will drive the sales, and market share through effective promotion, demonstration, and sales efforts

Job responsibilities :

  • To plan, direct & lead all sales activities for the specified region
  • Develop & implement business strategies to increase market share.
  • Continuous field work along with the regional sales team.
  • Assist in establishing sales proportion for each territory & ensure that the strategies are in place to meet the plan.
  • Ensure all the sales and marketing program are communicated, implemented, and coordinated in the region.
  • Develop & maintain a thorough understanding of Client base, ensure a close working relationship exists between the organisation and the customers.
  • Manage, support, and coordinate all activities with the regional channel partners/stockists.
  • Effectively implementing marketing campaign with effective customer conversion
  • Coordinate and conduct CMEs, workshop, conferences with Marketing Team.
  • Handle and process customer complaints as per company policies within the stipulated period.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Post-Graduate
  • Experience in Gynaecology/infertility a must
  • Should have experience of handling a team (10 plus)
