Sanjeev Lala
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Sanjeev Lala, joined the company in 2008. He’s armed with over two decades of rich experience in the IVD industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Mumbai, and a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Prior joining Team Advy, he occupied senior positions in prominent companies like Ranbaxy Laboratories, Wipro and RFCL.
Narendra Sawant

Narendra Sawant has been associated with the company since its very inception. He possesses over three decades of result-oriented experience in operations and administration. Mr. Sawant is a Commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai. He furthermore holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. His contributions to the growth of the company go beyond the obvious. He oversees the entire operations including procurement, regulation, logistics, human resources and other administration activities. In recent years, he has been instrumental in spearheading the company’s strategic initiatives and has overseen the successful implementation of the same.
Babasaheb Tandale
Senior Vice President

Babasaheb Tandale, holds a MSc in Biology, from the University of Pune. He has been with Advy since 1995. He possesses over two decades of result-oriented experience. His contributions include the development of polyclonal antibodies in goats and other host species against various immunoglobulin fractions and proteins. He is the Management Representative for ISO 9001 and EN ISO 13485 QMS. His other responsibilities include continuous development, customisation and improvements to Advy product portfolio.
