National Safety Week 2021 (4th March 2021-10th March 2021)
The National Safety Day (NSD) Campaign was launched in 1972, and since then team Advy has actively organised safety week to create awareness among our employees. This year marked 50 years of the launch of National Safety Day. The safety week was organised at Advy Thane premises, as well as our Goat Farm.
Health and Safety training was conducted by a renowned consultancy group highlighting the importance of good practices for maintaining safety. For awareness of the employees, posters on mechanical safety/maintenance, electrical safety, chemical safety, construction safety, health and hygiene, environmental management, COVID 19 ‘Do’s and Don’ts’, safe workplace etiquettes, near misses reporting and investigation, fire safety, emergency management, road safety, safe work practices and many others were displayed. The team enthusiastically participated in the activities like oath-taking ceremony, badge distribution, poster competition, and video competition on award session and various safety topics.
