Goat Anti-Chicken IgG (H+L) Serum is a polyclonal antibody, which is generated by immunizing the goats using chicken IgG whole molecule as an immunogen. Anti-Chicken IgG (H+L) specifically detects chicken IgG. Anti-chicken antibodies are used in research in the field of parasitological and virology research. It is also used in immunoprecipitation techniques such as immunoelectrophoresis (IEP) and Ouchterlony to identify serum proteins, by the presence or absence of a particular protein. This can also be used as secondary antibodies in a variety of immunological assays.
