Since the inception in 1989, we have gained extensive experience in the manufacturing of custom polyclonal antibody from goats and rabbits. At Advy, we have been expertly tailoring immunisation, bleeding, and purification steps to suit customer requirements and yield high titer and high avidity antibodies. We have developed reliable scientific processes to achieve compliances (national and international) specific to the customer’s needs.

To curtail batch to batch variation, we have implemented stringent quality control measures as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS to run our animal facility.
Our Animal Ethics Committee ensures compliance with CPCSEA guidelines for animal care and welfare. The Animal Quarantine Officer (Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India) certifies produced output for export related shipments.
Excellent and consistent quality of our antibodies has enabled us to emerge as successful supplier of materials to the international market, with customers in over 30 countries around the world including the USA, Europe, China, and Japan.
At Advy, we produce polyclonal antibodies within a short turnaround time and high sensitivity for detecting low-abundance proteins. Our antibodies have a high affinity with antigens owing to the recognition of multiple epitopes, and are superior for use in detecting a native protein.

We have evaluated Anti-Mouse IgG with successful results. We are also happy with the yield from the affinity purification and will include the antibody in the product development. We are also very happy with the Goat Anti-human Protein “X” produced by Advy. The antibodies show excellent affinity with the Recombinant Human Protein “X” antigen (BiaCore analysis).
