Background and aim:
Goat Anti-Human IgG(Fc) Serum is produced by immunizing goats with high pure Human IgG – Fc fragment as the Immunogen. The Polyclonal Antibodies supplied by Advy is monospecific and available as:
A) Whole Serum
B) IgG Fraction
These antibodies can be used in the following assays:
1) Immunoturbidimetry / Nephlometry Assays for estimation of IgG in
Human Samples.
2) ELISA Application : As a RF Adsorbent to remove the RF reactivity which
leads to false readings of IgM in a IgM Estimation Assay.
3) Western Blot / Immunoblot etc.
4) In detection of IgG levels in rheumatoid arthritis patients.
5) This product can be made available from 500 ml to 500 liters.
